The hot oil pump is the third generation product developed by our factory based on the digestion and absorption of foreign oil pumps. The basic structural form is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward from the center, mounted on the same base as the motor. The support of the hot oil pump adopts a double ended ball bearing structure, with lubricating oil lubrication at the front end and grease lubrication at the rear end. There is a heat transfer oil pipe in the middle, which is used to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time. Adopting a natural heat dissipation structure, it changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, low in operating costs, stable in performance, and reliable in use.

The new high-efficiency heat transfer oil pump belongs to a single-stage single suction cantilever structure. The transmission components adopt a double end ball bearing heavy-duty design, which is matched with sliding bearings and rolling bearings. The sliding bearings are lubricated by the conveying medium itself, while the rolling bearings are lubricated with grease and bear the remaining axial force. The cooling system adopts a special structure of self cooling heat dissipation to transport high-temperature hot oil media at 350 ° C (higher temperatures can be selected from our other code products). Compared with water cooling and other external cooling forms, the structure is simple, safe, reliable, easy to maintain, and the operating cost is low. The special throttling device ensures that the mechanical seal and bearings can be used normally when the pump transports high-temperature media. The pump has low operating noise, minimal vibration, smooth operation, and long service life. Flow rate: 500m ³/h Lift up to 96m Pressure up to 10.0MPa Temperature reaching: 350 ℃
