Scope of Application

1. Chemical industry Evaporative crystallization system: used for forced circulation of phosphoric acid, ammonium chloride, calcium chloride and other evaporative crystallizers. Acid base treatment: Transport strong acidic media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, etc. Organic chloride treatment: During the production process of organic chloride, corrosive chemicals are transported. 2. Salt and alkali production industry Vacuum salt production: used for forced circulation in NaCl evaporation crystallizers. Diaphragm caustic soda: used for forced circulation of caustic soda liquid evaporators containing NaCl. 3. Nonferrous Metals and Metallurgy Wet metallurgy: used for forced circulation of copper sulfate, nickel sulfate and other evaporative crystallizers. Aluminum oxide production: used for forced circulation of sodium aluminate liquid evaporator. 4. Paper and sugar industries Paper making black liquor treatment: used for forced circulation of paper making black liquor concentrator. Sugar evaporation: used for forced circulation during the evaporation process of sugar solution. 5. Environmental Protection and Wastewater Treatment Advanced treatment of wastewater: used for the advanced treatment and evaporation crystallization of saline wastewater. Flue gas desulfurization: used for slurry circulation in power plant flue gas desulfurization systems. 6. Desalination of seawater and ocean engineering Seawater desalination: used as a circulating pump in seawater desalination systems. Marine resource development: used for marine resource development and marine environmental protection.

Structure

This series of pumps has three structures: horizontal bent pipe, rear pull tee, and vertical axial flow pump. The containerized double end face machine seal can be driven by various methods such as elastic coupling direct connection, belt transmission, reducer universal joint transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, etc. The overcurrent materials include 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, Hastelloy series, Monel series, titanium series, etc.
