Description：

Hydraulic design: Adopting a vortex hydraulic system specifically designed for conveying high solid content and long fibers, the impeller is hidden at the rear to form a wide and smooth flow chamber, ensuring unobstructed conveying; The wear of hydraulic components has a relatively small impact on performance.
Non destructive conveying: Most solids are directly discharged to the pump port without passing through the impeller flow channel under the centrifugal force of the vortex formed by the impeller rotation. The damage to the conveyed solids is minimal, and the wear on the flow surface of the impeller and pump body is also reduced, resulting in a longer service life.
Bearing box: designed according to API610 standard, using thin oil lubrication, and matched with impeller, using secondary blades to balance axial force, ensuring overall structural stiffness and main shaft stiffness and strength, achieving high reliability requirements.
Shaft seal configuration: It adopts a containerized mechanical seal and corresponding seal flushing system according to the API682 standard size. The standard adopts the plan32 flushing scheme. The gap formed by the throat liner inside the sealing chamber prevents solids from entering the sealing chamber and reduces the consumption of sealing flushing water. It has good reliability and easy maintenance.
