Performance and material characteristics
The hydraulic design adopts computer-aided design and two-phase flow theory design.
The pump has high efficiency, long service life, and reliable operation.
The overcurrent components are made of all metal wear-resistant chromium nickel alloy material, which balances wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The surface intergranular gap is small, and it has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and higher mechanical strength.
High operational reliability, the all metal pump overcomes the disadvantages of non-metallic pump liners such as detachment, tearing, and deformation.
The hydraulic friction loss is small, and the efficiency is more than 3% higher than that of non-metallic pumps with the same parameters.
All metal pumps are easy to control and ensure in terms of size, with high surface smoothness of parts, small clearance between parts, high volumetric efficiency, and a comprehensive efficiency that is more than 5% higher than non-metallic pumps.
The overcurrent components have a long service life, and the metal protective plate has a stronger ability to withstand shear sliding wear than general non-metallic materials, and can withstand long-term shear wear.
The dynamic wear resistance is 0.008-0.08mm years, with high tensile strength, and can maintain constant performance under long-term abrasion conditions.

Shaft seal type
All shaft seals are equipped with mechanical seals. Our company offers two types of mechanical seals: those with shaft seals and those without shaft seals.
■ With shaft seal water type
Combination mechanical seal, with a shaft seal water flow rate of 0.1-1% of the pump flow rate, but not less than 1m ³/h; The water pressure of the shaft seal is equal to half of the pump outlet pressure.
■ Shaftless water type
Water free medium self flushing mechanical seal with unique structure and good water-saving effect.

Mainly suitable for conveying slurry or grout containing solid particles, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Mainly used for the transportation or circulation of various desulfurization and denitrification processes in the environmental protection industry, and can also be used for the transportation of other slurry conditions that require wear and corrosion resistance.
