Scope of Application

Structure

High pressure transmission capacity:

The plunger pump adopts a horizontal three cylinder single acting design, which can achieve high pressure and large displacement conveying.

The maximum working pressure can reach 70 MPa, and the theoretical maximum displacement can reach 1736 L/min.

Diesel engine drive:

Equipped with high-performance diesel engines, the rated power range is from 205 kW to 392 kW.

The diesel engine drives the plunger pump through a hydraulic torque converter or mechanical transmission system, adapting to non power supply or field operations.

Integrated design:

The diesel engine, plunger pump, transmission system, control system, etc. are integrated on a pry base for easy transportation and installation.

Optional trailer or pry seat structure, suitable for mobile operations.

Multi speed transmission and control:

Equipped with a multi speed manual transmission or hydraulic torque converter, the displacement and pressure can be adjusted according to the working conditions.

Centralized console design, realizing functions such as engine throttle control, transmission gear selection, overpressure protection, etc.

Strong adaptability:

It can transport various media such as clean water, mud, corrosive liquids, etc.

The working environment has a wide temperature range (-30 ℃~+50 ℃) and is suitable for harsh weather conditions.
