Description：

The centrifugal coal slurry pump system is a new product independently developed by our company. The system consists of six parts: a centrifugal coal slurry pump, a double end containerized shaft seal and sealing liquid auxiliary system, an elastic column pin coupling, a vertical variable frequency motor, a shared base, measuring instruments, and control systems. The coal slurry pump is a single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, whose performance can fully meet the user's requirements. The system has the characteristics of low price, reasonable structure, large flow regulation range, simple operation, and convenient loading and unloading.

The pump design adopts international standards ISO2858 and API610. Users transport media containing certain impurities, with a solid content of about 65% and a conveying medium temperature not exceeding 150 ℃. The entire system adopts new materials, new processes, and high-quality accessories to ensure the stability and reliability of the system's operation. Therefore, this product can replace diaphragm pumps for promotion and application in the field of coal gasification systems.
